I am saddened at the rising number of attacks against persons of Asian descent in our country. These horrific assaults are unacceptable and tragic. With a workforce that includes over 85 nationalities, we embrace the many voices, backgrounds, perspectives and cultures that make us a high performing organization.
I want to assure each and every one of you that Nabors vehemently condemns any acts of racism and violence. Intolerance goes against everything our company stands for. These events do not, and must not, define us. We have the power within us to stand up to such behavior and effect change.
We all have a responsibility to one another. Step up and speak out when necessary. Serve as an emotional sounding board for those who need it. Support your colleagues as you would a family member.

We realize many of you may be coping with pain and trauma not just from current events, but also the stress of the pandemic or other influences.
